Content Creator Awards
South Africa’s creator awards
We built the Content Creator Awards everything the season runs on: the public site, entries, voting, judging, invitations, the guest list and check-in at the door. Their team runs all of it from one admin.

From the day the site goes up to the night the winners walk on stage. Tap a stage to jump to it.
All year
We built the site the awards live on. Every award has its own page with its criteria, dates and sponsor, and the news, key dates, nominees, winners and photo galleries sit around them. The team changes all of it from the admin.

Nominees, menus and sponsor logos change at set times, and a matching rule in the database keeps them hidden until then.
Titles, criteria weights, close dates and even the entry form questions, with no developer needed.
Accredited media get a link that expires, and the nominee pack stays locked until the reveal.
Every article gets its own branded image when someone shares it.
Winners by year, each with a profile page, and photo albums from the events.
A tab bar for the main pages, and images sized for every screen.
Entries open
Creators sign in with a code sent to their email, so there is no password to forget. A step-by-step form asks only what their award needs, saves as they type and stays open to edits until entries close.
A six-digit code by email, or a PIN they choose.
Drafts wait in their own dashboard, ready to pick up later.
Built to connect YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and X accounts and read the counts straight from the source.
The rules run first, then an AI check that a second pass tries to prove wrong. The team makes the final call.

The public decides
Five of the twenty awards go to the public. Voters give their details once and then vote with a single tap, up to fifty times in each category, and the database itself enforces every limit.
Details on the first vote, then a single tap for each vote after that.
A human check on the first vote, hourly limits, and no raw IP addresses stored.
Voting starts at the reveal and stops on the closing date, with nobody at a keyboard.
The People’s Choice Award starts with a public nomination form, and the tally merges spellings of the same name.

The judges score
Judges apply or are invited, sign a pledge and score the entries in their categories against the published criteria. On judging days, each room follows the entry on a big screen while every judge scores it on their own device.

Shown with sample data.
Judges apply on the site or get an invitation, and the team builds each panel by category and city.
Each criterion carries its weight, and the final score works itself out.
A judge who entered the category, or shares a name, email domain or handle with an entrant, is flagged and can step aside. The database refuses a conflicted score.
Scores wait on the device and sync when the connection comes back.
Several rooms at once, each with a screen that shows which judges are done.
A roundtable view and a report for each category, with every judge’s score in one place.
Invitations go out
We built a campaign engine into the admin. The team writes an email or asks for an AI first draft, picks who gets it, sends a preview for sign-off and sends. Big sends finish in the background.
One-click groups such as unfinished entries or a province, or a list from a spreadsheet.
The client opens a private preview, with no login, and approves it right there.
Nudges for unfinished entries come with a cooldown, stop after three and respect every opt-out.
Every send is logged with what it looked like, and bounces and complaints are handled for them.

The replies come in
Guests reply from the private link in their invitation, plus ones included. The team sees who is coming by guest type, adds a guest or edits a reply in seconds, and the totals stay right.
Shown with sample data.
Add someone who replied by phone, or change any reply, right on the list.
A plus one who also replied is matched by name and email or cell, and counted once.
Guests by type, tickets sold and the total attending, with dietary needs by head.
The press launch, Creator Labs and the awards night, each with its own list.
Talk pitches, a speaker brief the team edits, and an attendance form.
A survey builder with eight question types, opened and closed in one click.
On the night
Door staff open check-in on a phone or tablet, type a few letters of a name and tap the guest in. If the signal drops, the check-in waits and goes through when it returns.

Shown with sample data.
Search by name, email or cell.
The numbers at the top move as guests walk in.
A new guest is added and checked in on the spot.
Every check-in records which team member made it.
Behind it all
Everything on this page runs from one place, from entries and judging to guests, email and sponsors. Each person sees only what their role allows.
Shown with sample data.
Every promised deliverable tracked to proof, a dashboard per sponsor, and a report that only goes out once the team confirms it.
Upload a press monitoring export, AI turns it into rows, and a person checks each one before it counts.
Admin accounts only for approved email domains, and nobody can change their own role.
Page views counted with no cookies and no personal data stored.
Anyone with an account can download their data or delete it, and every marketing email has an unsubscribe.
Check-ins and giveaway marking record who did them, and every AI call is logged.
First release in March 2026. More than 500 updates since, shipped right through the season.
