Agency website
One-eyed Jack
One-eyed Jack is a PR, design and events agency. Lumanaire built its complete website, including its portfolio and case studies.
Built for One-eyed Jack,
for their client Exclusive Books.
We built the Exclusive Books Media Hub for One-eyed Jack, the PR, design and events agency. Each month it opens on the new Exclusive Books Recommends, with covers any newsroom can download, review copies for signed-in media and a report for Exclusive Books.

From the day a new edition goes up to the report Exclusive Books gets at the end of the month. Tap a stage to jump to it.
A new month
Each month Exclusive Books picks the books its booksellers recommend. The hub opens on that month, with every title on its shelf, the month’s campaign material on its own tab and past months a tap away.
The Recommends list, with the month’s campaign material on its own tab.
October back to June, one tap each.
The month’s link shows its own preview image when it is shared on WhatsApp or social media.
Titles, covers and review copy stock go in the same way every month.

The October link preview, and the month’s selection on a phone.
Open to all media
The Cover Library holds every title in the month’s Recommends in high resolution, cleared for media use. A journalist takes one cover, or the whole set in one go.
A hi-res pack and a web pack, or any single cover in either size.
Fiction and non-fiction, young adult and teen, and three age groups for children.
Downloads are counted for Exclusive Books without recording who made them.
Downloads work as well on a phone as at a desk.

Media arrive
One-eyed Jack invites journalists and content creators from the admin. Each invitation carries a personal link that signs them straight in. Anyone else signs in with a six-digit code sent to their email.

Created, resent or withdrawn in the admin, each with its date.
A six-digit code by email, for media and content creators only.
Invitations come from an Exclusive Books sender, in the wording One-eyed Jack signed off.
Turn a media user off and their downloads stop working straight away.
Media ask
Signed-in media ask for review copies of the month’s titles, and every title shows how many copies are left. Files that need permission go through a request, and One-eyed Jack approves each one.
Each title shows the review copies left. When they are gone, it says so.
If a request is declined, the copy goes back for the next person.
Requests open with the new edition, and earlier months close.
A journalist asks for a file, One-eyed Jack approves it, and a download link arrives by email.
An approved link works once and expires after seven days.
One-eyed Jack sees each month’s requests together, with the month’s report a click away.
Month end
At month end the review copy list goes by email to the person at Exclusive Books who packs the books. Exclusive Books also has its own read-only view and a report on its own hub address.
The month’s review copy requests as a table and a spreadsheet, ready to pack.
The review copy report sits on the Exclusive Books hub address, in the hub’s look, signed off Powered by One-eyed Jack.
Built so Exclusive Books can sign in and see the numbers without being able to change a thing.
Media sign-ups and logins, invitations sent and accepted, editions, requests and replies.
A stats page shows Exclusive Books how the covers are used, with no names attached.
Pick a month and its requests, list and report come up for that month.
Behind it all
The Exclusive Books hub runs on the media hub platform we built for One-eyed Jack, which also runs the BYD Media Hub. One admin, a client picker at the top, and each client’s data kept to itself.
Pick a client and editions, media users, requests, invitations, events and campaigns all filter to it.
Contacts, tags, audiences, emails and activity stay with their own client.
Invitations and login codes are labelled in the email log.
Invitations, RSVPs, reminders and check-in at the door, on the same engine as One-eyed Jack’s other hubs.
Covers, titles and stock go live the same way each month, and a check confirms the live hub afterwards.
Exclusive Books and One-eyed Jack on every page, produced by One-eyed Jack.
Live since June 2026. A new edition every month since, from June to October.
